PS4 Vs Xbox One: 10 2014 Releases To Win The War

8. The Order: 1886

Truthfully, little is known about The Order: 1886 as all we really have to go on are a trailer, pictures, and a solid track record from Ready At Dawn (God of War: Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta). All of these elements are currently coming together nicely too, painting the game as a (possibly cooperative) third-person shooter that pits King Arthur and his soldiers against mutant half-breed humans. There also seems to be a more futuristic or fantastical twist considering that the trailer emphasises unique looking firearms as your primary source of combat. The way it has been pitched and presented almost gives me a vibe that this new franchise is Sony€™s answer to Gears of War. I just don€™t understand the point in having four protagonists to a game if it isn€™t going to be a cooperative experience, so let€™s hope my assumption is correct. This past week at the Spike VGX we were originally supposed to finally receive a first look at the game, but at the last possible minute Ready At Dawn announced that their demo presentation would unfortunately not be finished in time. Now I have my own suspicions that once they understood what the show was, they just didn€™t want to reveal their hard work at that farce of a ceremony. Regardless, this game has been in production since 2010 so one would assume that it has to be ready sometime in 2014.
