9. Game - Sly Cooper 5
Probably the biggest outlier of this top 10 list, I wanted to mention the potential of Sly Cooper 5. Although not the kind of game that is known for pushing technical boundaries, the Sly Cooper series is a fun to play adventure with a band of unlikely thieves. As a kid, I spent some of my most intense gaming moments playing Sly Cooper, whether pickpocketing guards or sneaking around tiger protagonist Rajans palace.
Even upon revisiting the Sly series as an adult on the Playstation 4, I had lots of fun all over again. With its artistically cel-shaded world, its band of wacky characters, and it's weaving storyline of heists and betrayals, the Sly series is a fun and casual gaming experience no matter what age you are.
It would be nice to see a Sly Cooper 5 on the PS5. Developers Sucker Punch would do well to continue the story for the newer generation, and with backwards compatibility already confirmed we might get to play the entire series again and share the experience with our younger relatives on the PS5.
