PS5: What The Reveal CONFIRMS About Next-Gen Gaming

If gaming has taught us anything in the past, it's that game releases can often change.

Look at games like Breath of the Wild for instance. What was once promised as a Wii U exclusive was turned into a cross-generation release on the Switch.

This one isn't 100% confirmed yet, but the wording of the article makes it very clear that games being released on two consoles isn't completely off the table.

The game in question here is Death Stranding, which is one of the most anticipated games in recent memory. With the relative lack of information we have, it makes sense that it wouldn't be too far into development.

In fact, we wouldn't be that surprised if games like The Last Of Us Part Two and Cyberpunk end up releasing as cross generational games too.

When you consider how ambitious each of these games are, it makes sense to leave them for more powerful hardware.
