141. Paras

Paras is actually pretty useful, you can collect cool items from them in the game and its featured anime episode was heartwarming. However any positive qualities are offset by their determination to stun and or poison you every time you met one.

140. Slowpoke

Slowpoke is an absolutely nothing Pokémon. Entirely irrelevant.

139. Raticate

Raticate's were - despite their speed - very bad. However I'm willing to offer some points for looking a bit like Tom Cruise.

138. Abra

Abra's problem is that is makes you expect too much. It's the first psychic type you encounter, but its only move is teleport. Making it a nightmare to catch and even harder to train. So it is quite cool, just a huge disappointment.

137. Meowth

Meowth is a dreadful Pokémon, even for a normal type, and should probably be much lower on this list. However I - and by extension, you - would be lying if we said it wasn't brilliant comic relief in the anime. That's right.
