15. The Man On Fire - Africa (MGS V)

The award for MGS V's creepiest mission goes to episode 20, where Snake arrives at The Devil's House and is confronted by a fleet of corpses, Skull Face and, of course, the Man on Fire. Naturally, conventional firearms are useless against him, so the player needs to use water to get through this fight. What's great about this mission is that there are several ways to finish it, including exploding a water tower to soak the Man on Fire, causing him to be stunned and allowing you to escape, driving a jeep into him and riding it off the edge of the cliff (but bailing out at the last second, of course), shooting him with the water gun 50 times and escaping, or hilariously, waiting until it rains, which automatically ends the fight. If not a particularly difficult fight, the Man on Fire sent player anxiety levels sky-rocketing with his deeply creepy battle.
