Ranking All Of Metal Gear Solid's Boss Battles From Worst To Best

7. Quiet (MGS V)

MGS V's best boss fight is the sniper duel that results in Quiet being recruited as one of Snake's buddies. Snake gets fired upon by the sexy sniper, kickstarting the battle suddenly out of nowhere, a tense stand-off amid some ruins, and though more seasoned MGS players can trounce her without breaking a sweat, it's still tremendously satisfying stuff all the same. Quiet doesn't put up a huge fight and, when she's finally been bested, the player then has the option of pulling the trigger or letting her live. Given how ridiculously powerful a buddy Quiet is (and some might even argue that she's grossly over-powered), it's heavily advisable to keep her alive, even if it makes the end of the showdown a little anti-climactic as a result. Even so, this one was great fun and one of the few big fights in the game that actually felt like a card-carrying, classic MGS boss.
