Despite releasing alongside one of the all-time worst Bond films - Brosnan's troubling swan song Die Another Day - Nightfire is a major high-point for 007 games, and an impressive follow-up to the beloved Agent Under Fire.

Nightfire's campaign doesn't run too long, but it's pretty much all prime rib material without filler, even if like its direct predecessor, an entire generation of kids will best remember Nightfire for its narcotic-like multiplayer component.

The four-player split-screen suite was a mesmerising addiction for many youngsters in the early 2000s, with the all-timer Skyrail map being solely responsible for some of the greatest multiplayer console action of its era.
