Ranking EVERY Wolfenstein Game From Worst To Best
9. Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory
Originally meant to launch alongside Return To Castle Wolfenstein in 2003, Enemy Territory was held back till 2004 and was launch for free which was very uncharacteristic of companies at the time, especially Activision.
Harkening off of many other multiplayer games around the time like Quake, but with a bit more meat on the bone as such. Classes and game modes such as Objective Mode, Stopwatch Mode, Last Man Standing were what helped this World War 2 online shooter stand out at the time.
Enemy Territory also initially launched with only six maps, but thanks to its open source nature, was extremely easy to mod, meaning hundreds more would be made by the community over its lifespan.
