2. Uncharted: Lost Legacy
Who knew that an Uncharted without Nathan Drake would be the one thing the franchise truly needed?
Not that there's anything remotely wrong with everyone's favourite scrappy, pugnacious explorer, but introducing a pair consisting of the brainy, beloved Chloe Frazer and the braun of Nadine Ross makes for a duo that just clicks in an archaeological, treasure-hunting context. You've got one character espousing on the backdrop of a given place while the other is eager to learn, the pair both being fish out of water when it comes to getting into increasingly precarious situations.
As Uncharted 4 proved with its redefining of Nate's humanity, there should always be that fallible human element at the heart of any overblown set-piece - something Lost Legacy has in spades, before going on to tell one of the tightest, most well acted and fun to play Uncharteds of them all.
