Next, let’s have a look at the Collector role. Collectors are tasked with, as the name would suggest, collecting valuables that are hidden across RDO’s sprawling map. These goods are sold at a high price to Madam Nazar, a travelling saleswoman with an eye for rare trinkets.

To become a Collector, the player must find Madam Nazar as she travels around the open world. Whilst a tad frustrating, this could be considered good practice for those who are about to embark on this treasure hunting focussed specialty. Nazar will sell the player a Collector’s Bag which then allows them to begin this quest line.

Much like with a Trader, playing a Collector also comes with its additional items and abilities. The abilities are based around locating hidden items more easily. The rewards include, but are not limited to, refined binoculars, a horse lantern and a metal detector.

While this may come across as the least interesting of the three new roles, there’s a likelihood that it will be the most lucrative. Given RDO’s notoriously harsh economy, it may be wise to pick this up early on and earn as much as possible.
