3. A Next-Gen Exclusive

It's a bit weird that even now we're referring to consoles that've been out for almost a year as 'next-gen' but at the minute there's not a load of games you can point to as truly feeling like they've heralded in the new machines with any great purpose. With both Rockstar and Naughty Dog's GTA V and The Last of Us respectively proving that the current/'last' generation of consoles could still deliver hugely important and jaw-dropping experiences, it's over to these masters of hardware to truly show off what they can do. Although that's something we'll hopefully get a pretty good idea for come November when the re-release of GTA V hits shelves. Until then it might be slightly 'unfair' on those who still have the older hardware, but its about time developers put all their efforts into developing experiences for the new machines that aren't possible anywhere else (except most likely PC). A teaser or gameplay demo for what has turned into Rockstar's second most popular franchise would be a great place to start.
