Jonah Hex isn’t as well known as he ought to be, with the live action movie completely fumbling its chance to make the comic book star a household name. With a cast of Josh Brolin, Megan Fox, Michael Fassbender and John Malkovich, audiences certainly expected better.

You can rectify that in your own little way though by kitting yourself out as Jonah Hex though. You won’t be able to get the facial injuries right, but then neither did the movie, so you’ll at least manage a passable imitation.

Like a few others here, it can be made with Arthur Morgan; wait until you’re John Marston for the distinctive scarring too.

You’ll need some hair tonic though, as Hex has a straggly hairdo and a mid length version of the forked beard before you start.

Then it’s the bulldogger hat, the classic frock coat in grey, then the black classic vest and white everyday shirt (Jonah Hex has a fairly simple look, all things considered).

Next it’s grey jeans, red worn roper boots, grey gerden spurs and the black neckerchief to finish the look off. It’s not perfect, but then it’s better than the movie, so that’s something.
