The Wanted System is back and better than ever, and by better, we may mean scarier (seriously, those evasion mechanics look fantastic).

If players rally against the expanding modernisation of the frontier, they can expect to be met with legions of lawmen, and even the ire of a few select bounty hunters. Bounties can still be paid, but expect the law to analyse every crime scene, and track their targets ruthlessly.
