Red Dead Redemption 2 Revisted: 10 Awesome Details You Missed
7. Micah's Hideout Is Visible In The Game's Opening
One of the more satisfying things about Red Dead 2's extended epilogue is finally getting the chance to give Micah some comeuppance for his actions throughout the game.
A constant source of conflict for Arthur and someone who repeatedly tried to cause friction between Morgan and Dutch, Micah is a major player in the Van der Linde gang, whom he later sells out to the Pinkertons for his own safety. After Micah and Arthur have their final confrontation, Micah retreats with his new gang to the snowy reaches of Mount Hagen, where several years later as part of the game's epilogue, John, Sadie and Charles track him down and kill him.
Once done, with the final cutscenes played out and you're ready to start the gun-toting adventure back up again, you may find the scenery a bit too familiar as the game opens up right where it ends in the snowy Grizzlies West mountain range. As the gang traverse down the mountain for the first time to rob a Leviticus Cornwall train, Micah's future hideout can be seen on the cliff edge in the distance.
A haunting sense of full-circle finality, but a nice touch all the same.
