One of the most solid and dependable figures across the whole game, Charles is a man not defined by his heritage, but Rockstar slowly bring that to the fore as Dutch starts to exploit Native Americans towards the end of the story.

As such, Charles is every bit invested in taking down Micah and Dutch as you, and after finishing the former off (whilst suffering a gun shot), Charles takes off to finally retire and raise a family in Canada.
