Resident Evil 4: All Ports Ranked Worst To Best

3. Xbox One

Resident Evil 4

Even though each port of RE4 tries to outdo the previous one, it feels a little redundant after a while. At a certain point, it feels impossible to touch up the graphics any further unless you remake the game.

But make no mistake - Resident Evil 4 on the Xbox One is exemplary. Although the graphics are dated by the console's standards, you would struggle to believe this game came out all the way back in 2005. It also runs at a perfect 60 FPS, whether you are playing on the Xbox One or Xbox Series X.

Since it comes with all the bonus materials and modes from the later entries, you definately get your money's worth. Also, the Awards system which Microsoft games are known is guaranteed to keep you occupied for an extra few hours.

If you had to nitpick, it's annoying how the entire game is in high-definition except for the cut-scenes in the Separate Ways campaign. (Did the developers forget to HD that section?) Besides this minor gripe, the Xbox One version of RE4 is a perfect port.
