22. Lucia
Resident Evil Gaiden was a non-canon entry in the ongoing series released for the Game Boy Colour. The premise saw Leon and Barry venture to a cruise ship that's been overrun by the T-Virus. And it's there they meet Lucia, the ship's only survivor.
She's a 13-year-old orphan who, it's revealed, was infected by a parasite at an early age by Umbrella. Whenever she's part of the party, players can switch to her on the fly to give the others a breather during combat.
Aside from that, though, there isn't much else to say about Lucia that makes her particularly noteworthy, especially when she shares the spotlight with two Resi veterans.
At least being on Nintendo's handheld console meant that Lucia wasn't given any horrendous voice acting.
