21. Keith Lumley

Making his only appearance in Resident Evil: Revelations, BSAA operative Keith Lumley would appear at certain points of the episodic game alongside his partner Quint, who was not a playable character.

The pair’s upbeat personalities sprinkled in some levity and genuine comedy amongst the atmospheric horror of the other sections. But other than Keith’s winning personality, he didn’t have much else going for him. His plotline, though never outright bad, came across as filler to pad out the game’s runtime.

Moreover, the newcomer simply couldn’t compete against series regulars Chris and Jill, who were the real stars of the show.

Canonically Keth is still kicking around in the world of Resident Evil. He was transferred to the BSAA’s East African division, so it’s still possible that he could return at some point in the future, and that wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing.
