Resident Evil HD: 10 Iconic Moments You Need To Revisit
8. Wesker's Still Pretending To Be A Good Guy
A man who deserves every single expletive laden sentence directed towards him, Wesker is one of Capcom's greatest creations. The blonde-haired enigma is a man everyone loves to hate, not least because he started out as one of your squad, a loyal S.T.A.R.S member and the head of the elite team no less. It becomes painfully obvious as you progress through the game that Wesker isn't the calm and collected law enforcer that Chris or Jill (depending on who you play as) think he is, but rather an ego-centric megalomaniac that sacrifices his colleagues for little more than some test data. Even though he's an A-grade toolkit, it's impossible not to smirk to yourself when you get to stand alongside the man when playing as Chris, working together with the guy to beat Lisa Trevor and scout out the mansion all the while knowing that he's going to jam a knife right between your shoulder blades at the end.
