Sister to Helena Harper, Deborah Harper is subjected to an abusive relationship. Unable to stand by and watch her sister suffer any longer, she shoots the boyfriend to put an end to her suffering. Unfortunately, it is this that leads to Derek Clifford Simmons finding out about the sister and then abducting them three days before the Leon campaign.
Simmons used Deborah as a bargaining chip to persuade Helena to conduct the bioterrorism attacks on Tall Oaks and even the assassination of the President. However, after the task was accomplished, The Family infected Deborah just to see what the C-Virus would do to such a youthful body.
Unable to control herself, Deborah then attacks Leon, Ada and even her sister Helena.
How To Beat:
Deborah Harper has a surprisingly long reach with the tentacle claw things that grow from her, so staying well away is key. At the same time they act as a weakness because, with most C-Virus infected boss type creatures, they will have a gooey glowing weak point to shoot.
When it comes to the minecart sequence, be sure to use Resident Evil 6's dive mechanic and stay down to avoid stray beams along the track.
