Resident Evil: Ranking Every Boss From Worst To Best

41. Lucas Baker

Resident Evil Bosses
Capcom

Appears In: Resident Evil 7: Biohazard / Not A Hero

There is always a black sheep in the family, an oddball or someone who doesn't really fit with the rest, and when it comes to the Bakers, Lucas somehow manages to stand out amongst the rest. In a terrifying family unit like that, that is impressive.

Lucas isn't so much scary as he's extremely clever and conniving. He was the 'bad seed' of the family, anti-social, and kept to himself whenever possible. He treats people like mice in a maze and enjoys seeing them suffer; he's basically the kind of person that take pleasure pulling wings off a fly.

This meant he had more time to create a Saw-like escape room scenario in which his victims had to traverse if they hoped to escape the Baker family compound.

Ethan was one of the lucky ones and managed to get away, but at the same time so did Lucas Baker. Later in the Not A Hero DLC, Chris Redfield is sent in once again to clean up an infection, but this time alongside Umbrella which had now been reformed to reverse much of the companies past.

How To Beat:

Once Chris yet again loses almost an entire team and makes it through Lucas Baker's traps, he captures him to only to then have him mutate into a giant mold behemoth.

Thanks to the first person nature of Resident Evil 7, it will be easy enough to pop off headshots in quick succession with the piece of machinery in the centre of the room being Redfield's only way of avoiding the beast.

Towards the end of the fight, Lucas will unleash deadly mould spores that not even Chris's gas mask can filter. Only refilling at the two stations will keep him from choking to death.
