How To Beat:

Derek Clifford Simmons comes in many forms and is fought on a train, up a building and with the power of Mother Nature herself. Never reaching the status of challenge, this triathlon of a boss encounters are easily solved the same way - by causing old Simmons to morph back into his human state and unloading a hellfire of bullets.

When he is in his final form, the fly form, attacking Simmons enough will cause him to pull in surrounding zombies to regenerate his body. So make sure these have been impaled with a lightning rod so that Mother Nature can do her work.

This will eventually open Leon up to the rocket launcher conveniently left there by Ada Wong.
