Eveline might just be one of the most unique bosses that players ever have to contend with in a Resident Evil game, as she straddles the line of almost being a supernatural being.
With the fungus she produces - Eveline is able to manipulate others to the point where she can control minds. Once she has her in, there is no escape, which is what the Baker family fell victim to after taking this seemingly innocent girl in.

Throughout the various encounters with Eveline, it is more about making it through the hell she has created for Ethan and Mia.

Once she is revealed to have been the old lady in the wheelchair all this time, she'll morph into a now standard giant RE boss monster. Here, avoiding her gusts and then filling her face with lead is all Ethan can do to not join the family.
