Resident Evil: Ranking Every Boss From Worst To Best

26. Jack Krauser

Resident Evil Bosses
Capcom

Appears In: Resident Evil 4

Before the events of Resident Evil 4 during 2004, Krauser worked alongside Leon S Kennedy on Operation Javier, which involved taking down Javier Hidalgo and releasing the stranglehold he had on the surrounding area of South America.

This mission would be his last for the US government as a creature (Hilda Hidalgo) stabbed his left arm, which causes Krauser to be discharged, fall into dissolution and eventually be recruited by Albert Wesker.

Wesker fixes Krauser's arm and sends him to infiltrate Los Iluminados to steal a dominant strain Plaga. Whilst under the service of Saddler, he kidnaps the president daughter Ashley all to get closer to the dominant Plaga strain and causes the events of Resident Evil 4.

How To Beat:

Krauser has an extreme sense of pride and would rather defeat his enemies with a knife or via hand to hand combat, which means he'll be getting up close an awful lot. In this case, that leads to an absurd number of quick time events, which can also pop up during a cutscene. Not even they are safe anymore.

Waiting for doors to open and climbing up ladders will cause Leon to be invulnerable for a short while, which can be a useful way to cheese him up until the final fight.

When the final stages of the fight are eventually reached - Krauser's arm will serve as both a weapon and a shield, but this won't cover his feet and if shot, will leave Krauser open for attack.
