Resident Evil: Ranking Every Boss From Worst To Best
21. Uroboros Tyrant - Neil Fisher
Appears In: Resident Evil: Revelations 2
A former member of the Federal Bioterrorism Commission, Neil Fisher found himself landing a position in TerraSave after the FBC was disbanded. He was also the senior to Claire Redfield and Moria Burton before they were all kidnapped and taken to Sushestvovanie Island.
Whilst being part of TerraSave, Neil was fixated over the revival of the FBC to the point that he'd go as far as causing a biohazard outbreak to prove the organisation was once again needed.
Unlike hosts in the past, Neil successfully bonded with Uroboros unlike so many before him. He then transformed to become the first Uroboros Tyrant and so it would be up to Claire and Moira to take him down.
How To Beat:
Straight up shooting Neil when in Tyrant form is pretty much pointless, and if Resident Evil 5 would've taught the Redfield anything, its that fire is the weakness of Uroboros.
Neil will execute a charge attack which can be used to his disadvantage if Claire is stood in from of the conveniently placed gas containers - dodging at the last moment will send the Tyrant crashing through them and it'll be set ablaze revealing his heart. Shooting that will put an end to Neil.
