Rocksteady's Superman Wishlist: 10 Things We Want To See

3. The Seeds For A Justice League Game

While the validity of last week's leak is still very much in doubt, one of its most compelling aspects involved Rocksteady's plans for the future, and how they could potentially be seeding the creation of a multiplayer Justice League game.

We know for a fact that Marvel will be adapting their very own super-group in Square Enix's Avengers Project, so it would make sense if Warner Bros. deemed it necessary to fast-track a Justice League game of their own. Factor in the implementation of some new mechanics, including the super speed, flight and strength of Superman, and you already have the basis to adapt several of the League's leading characters, including Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Flash.

In that case, yes, a Batman cameo might also be called for, and while that might undo the ambiguity of Arkham Knight's ending (what little remains of it), the chance to see Bats work with Supes, Diana, Wally and all the rest really is an opportunity neither Rocksteady or WB Games can afford to pass up - especially if they take inspiration from the Justice League cartoon show led by the late, great Dwayne McDuffie.

The Arkhamverse has boundless potential to become a definitive interpretation of the DC Universe. At a time where all fans have to settle for is the temperamental (and CGI-heavy) DCEU, it's presence is vital.
