Saints Row 4: 5 Ways To Makes It Better Than Saints Row 3

1.No More Super Grunt Sub Bosses

There was nothing about that whole side-story that was funny, original, or even fitting. I remember playing it, already thinking €œWell this game isn't very Saints Row€ but they jumped the shark and lit it on fire with all of cloning. Seriously though it wasn't fun fighting those big clone guys, they only took me out of the Saints Row mode and made me feel like I was playing a generic sci-fi shooter. I understand throwing in more difficult enemies to kick up challenge, but sometimes armored machine gunners work better than clone monster men. Saints Row doesn't need sub bosses who are there only to be the one enemy who can harm the player when he becomes invincible. If you need to make enemies like that, you may need to look at the abilities you gave the player and think €œMaybe we should tone it back€. Cheat codes do nothing but ruin a good a game€™s challenge, giving players the options to become invincible sounds great at first but ultimately ruins the game. It reminds me of when I first started running table top game sessions, and had to throw crazy strong opponent at the players like 2 sessions in. Was it that the enemies needed to become so powerful? No, I was giving the players far too many points so they became uber strong rather quickly. Slowing and lowering down the points given was the problem solver, and maybe that€™s the issue at hand here with SR3. You were given so much from the get go, things needed to escalate to match your abilities. What do you think of these suggestions? Share your own thoughts on Saints Row 4 below...
