3. It's Easy (And That's OK)
Anyone who played through the last two Saints Row games will likely remember that they were pretty easy to blast through; they didn't offer a particularly strong degree of difficulty, but they
were extremely fun. The same is true of the fourth game; the fact that you're given superpowers only makes the game even easier, as does the gigantic array of weapons. It doesn't really seem as though the difficulty has been increased in order to match the enhanced facilities given to the player, but at the same time, it doesn't really matter. The game is unquestionably easy,
but if you went into a Saints Row game at this stage expecting a substantial challenge, you've really come to the wrong place anyway. This is a game unabashedly aimed at casual players, and as such it's not going to have a whole lot of structural depth or difficulty to it, and that's just about fine.
