Sekiro Shadows Die Twice: 10 Optional Bosses You Need To Fight

3. O'Rin Of The Water

Another boss found in the Mibu Village area, O'Rin of the Water initially looks rather unassuming, but will be a real test of any player's patience. The major issue is how quickly O'rin recovers posture; even with rapid attacks and aggressive play, a few seconds of breathing room will give her the time to recover a huge chunk, effectively resetting the fight.

Dealing health damage of course helps, but the speed at which she swings at you, combined with her ability to make a swift getaway, makes this a rather dangerous proposition.

Fortunately for you, avoiding sweeping attacks and hitting the boss with a jumping counter can ease the pain and deal massive posture damage, allowing you to keep the pressure on. It doesn't make the fight easy, but you want to be hitting those counters at pretty much every single opportunity.

If you really want to make things a breeze for yourself though, use the Sabimaru prosthetic. It's a bit cheesy, but it will get the job done if you're really struggling.
