Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice - Ranking Every Boss From Easiest To Hardest
7. Lady Butterfly
This old crone will give a lot of players a right old punishing, as despite her ancient appearance she’s actually incredibly nimble and will annihilate you if you don’t read her tells correctly.
It's all the more difficult if you don't have the jumping slash counter nailed down or realise that you can punish her tightrope act by simply lobbing a shuriken at her.
However, if you can master these two things then the fight is actually pretty straightforward, with even her spirit squad being a pushover if you’ve brought enough snap seeds or make use of the pillars.
One of her truly annoying moves that can still catch out even the hardiest of players, though, is her leaping grab attack, if this hits it might as well be a one-shot for early players, and it’s not helped by the camera which masks how close or far away she actually is. Just stick in close, spam those sidestep strikes and knock her off her perch whenever you can and you’ll tear the wings off this Butterfly.
