The very foundation of the Nemesis system is predicated on Talion not being able to die, thereby letting orcs become regional antagonists, collecting abilities and armour in tow.

However, simply playing into that fact can pay dividends in the long run.

Say there's a particular orc with a particular set of skills you'd like to recruit. Set up the mission to trigger their arrival or seek them out in the world - then deliberately lose.

They'll immediately be given a mixture of level/ability upgrades, some new equipment and a fancy new title - all things you'll then acquire if you seek them out and beat this newer form.

Sure it'll be a harder fight, but there's no way to rank up your orcs in such a fast manner they're yours, so whilst it might sound like a copout, this is a much more efficient way of building a powerhouse army faster than usual.
