8. Silent Hill: Origins
Acting as a prequel to the game that started it all, Silent Hill: Origins ties up loose ends surrounding the events in the groundbreaking classic. Its low on the list but not nearly as bad as Book of Memories so were gradually climbing that ladder into better games. Outside of serving as a vessel for plot exposition surrounding the persistent cult that is obsessed with birthing a God, the game follows a trucker named Travis who definitely has his own baggage, but his personal story is ultimately second fiddle to everything else going on and is underdeveloped as a result. Weak gameplay, boring locales, and unsatisfactory puzzles didnt help.
