Skyrim PS3 DLC Saga: 5 Rumours For Future Content

2. New DLC Entitled "Redguard" On The Way?

redguard Yes, that's right, Bethesda could well be working on yet another DLC expansion pack for Skyrim, once more leaving PS3 fans coughing and choking in the exhaust fumes left behind by the merry Xbox 360 bandwagon. Apparently, Bethesda's publisher Zenimax recently filed a trademark called "Redguard" which is set to expire in February, triggering rumours that this could well be the title of the newest expansion to hit the popular RPG title. Fans will already know that similar trademarks were filed by Bethesda for previous DLC content such as "Dragonborn" which lends this theory a weight of credibility at least. The title would in all probability revolve around the race of people in the Elder Scrolls known as the "Redguard" who inhabit Hammerfell, a territory to the southwest of Skyrim. Could this mean that Hammerfell could soon open up as open-world terrain to explore in Skyrim? Given its geographical location, it is very likely.
