Skyrim Special Edition: 15 Mods That Must Come To PS4 & Xbox One
9. Sneak Tools
It's fair to say that Skyrim never quite mastered stealth gameplay. Sure, a stealth playthrough is perfectly viable and it's always fun to take someone out with an arrow from the shadows, but it's certainly no Thief or Dishonored.
That all changes with Sneak Tools, which endows your character with a range of new stealthy skills. No mod like this would be complete without the obligatory throat-slitting, which is fully animated and allows you to insta-kill your enemies from behind, and there is also a new move that allows you to stab people to death while they sleep. Charming.
If you're going for the 'nice guy' play-style, then you can knock enemies out from behind instead, subduing them for 10 minutes.
There are also a few perks straight from the Thief playbook, like climbing ropes, noisemaker arrows, and extinguishable and re-lightable fires, making this mod a completely new means of stealthing it in Skyrim.
