South Park: Every Game Ranked Worst To Best

4. South Park: Phone Destroyer

Seeing South Park storm the Freemium iOS/Android market seems hypocritical, and that's because it is. The show itself has poked fun at the immorality of mobile games with in-app purchases plenty of times. But, as far as soulless cash-grabs go, this one is somewhat worthwhile.

"Phone Destroyer" sees you play as "The New Kid" introduced in the mainline gaming titles and follows as the children of South Park argue about what game they should play. They bring you into the debate, and create a grand game for you through your phone.

The gameplay consists of you building decks of cards featuring the characters with varying stats and abilities and fighting against enemies. There are even PVP battles as well, which can be pretty fun.

It even features three alternate endings depending entirely on how much money you spent on the game. It's the right amount of tongue-in-cheek self-awareness you'd expect from South Park but doesn't wholly remove its unapologetic money-centric purpose.

Still, you do get a lot of bang for your buck with it, and if your options are between spending money on "Candy Crush" or "Phone Destroyer", then you might as well go with the one that works a little harder for your admiration.
