While you can argue that Stone and Parker giving South Park's disabled characters supernatural abilities is a positive depiction of the disabled, it's clear that they're skewering the definition of disabled people as "differently abled", typically taking it to a ridiculously exaggerated extreme.

This is apparent by way of three characters. Firstly, Scott Malkinson is the superhero Captain Diabetes, whose moves include "High-Fructose Death Wave", "Sugar Rush" and "Insulin Shock", then there's Jimmy as the Flash-inspired Fastpass, who acts as your fast-travel service around town, and finally, Timmy is an hilariously on-the-nose parody of Professor X, blue suit and all.

Again, though, it sticks to the show's creed of ribbing everyone, and while hardly mean-spirited, it's sure to have left disability advocacy groups up in arms regardless.
