Spider-Man 2 - 10 Essential Fan Demands It Must Include
5. More Of New York City
Insomniac's rendition of New York City is perhaps the most detailed we've ever seen in a video game. It feels alive, teeming with citizens, vehicles and buildings - just like the real Big Apple.
Still, while Insomniac's version of Manhattan looked and felt the part, there were limits. Old Spidey games allowed players to visit Liberty and Roosevelt Island, whereas the new title restricted them to just the main part of NYC. There's no reason why the sequel couldn't include those locales, or to potentially branch out one step further by including the neighbouring boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens.
It might be a little too much to ask to get both, but Spidey's old stomping grounds deserve another appearance in a video game. In fact they already appeared in Ultimate Spider-Man, and though Peter is much older here than he was in that game, there's still reason to go back and visit the streets where he grew up.
