As you might expect, Miles Morales' "Venom Sting" will be a big part of this game, with players holding "L1" before using a different face button to execute moves enhanced by that power. There are a lot of ways that can be played with here, and it promises to single out this character as a very different Spider-Man.

There's even a "Venom Jump" which sees Miles jump a good 15 feet into the air, taking enemies with him. It appears as if these will tie into some of the new gadgets on offer too, including a "Gravity Well" that does exactly what it sounds like!

One of the biggest changes is how stealth is going to work in Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Whereas when Peter Parker was spotted by a good his cover was blown, Miles' ability to turn invisible mean that those missions can essentially be reset as you move around the area. However, enemies will know Spidey is out there somewhere, and have unique ways of tracking him down.

As expected, all of this is going to be enhanced with the use of a skill tree!
