6. There's No Need To Worry About Loading Times

One of the biggest talking points about both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X have been reduced loading times. This week alone, leaked videos have gone viral showing how quickly you can swing back into the action in Spider-Man: Miles Morales and the fact fast travel is pretty much instantaneous in The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt on the rival console.

In Game Radar's lengthy review, they talk in detail about this Spider-Man spinoff's loading times, or lack thereof. Fast travel is instant here too (so, no more watching the same video of the wall-crawler in the subway), "with the only noticeable delay being the second or two it takes to start from the PS5 menu."

This is a huge step forward for gaming as a whole, and very good news for a free roaming title like this one. Despite early rumours that players would only be able to explore Harlem in Spider-Man: Miles Morales, the entire city is going to be on offer in the game, and there are no issues with draw distances because New York is described as being "photorealistic" here.
