During one of the Underground hideout side missions, Miles enters a room with a bunch of mannequins standing quietly in the corner. That is however, until Miles turns his back on them.

To complete the mission, Miles needs to deactivate a jammer, which has him with his back to the mannequins, but when he turns around, they've moved and have all congregated in the middle of the room, leaving Miles to ask himself, with a little quiver in his voice "did those mannequins just move?"

Thankfully there's not much time to dwell on this prospect, as Miles is then attacked by members of the Underground, but this does feel like a little reference to the Doctor Who villains, the Weeping Angels, who can only move when unobserved.

There was also an episode that featured the Weeping Angels taking over Manhattan, which someone over at Insomniac could be a fan of.
