It's a shame that not many people know about Spider-Man 2099, as Miguel O'Hara is easily one of the coolest alternate Spider-Men in the Spideyverse. To celebrate this unfortunately obscure character, Insomniac definitely need to honor him by including his incredible outfit.
The most important thing that Insomniac need to get right about this costume is the look. One of the coolest aspects of the costume is that it's so unique looking, as well as the fact that the cape-like design actually gives Miguel gliding abilities. Spider-Man 2099 needs to pop against the New York skyline.
Since Miguel O'Hara's abilities are so radically different from Peter Parker's, it's almost too difficult to choose one that would best suit his costume in the upcoming game. The most obvious one is the fact that he can technically glide, which could make traversal even more interesting.
However, Miguel also has talons and fangs, with the fangs actually being poisonous, which could lead to some interesting combat potential with Miguel stunning enemies and wearing them down.
