9. Stilt-Man

Yes, seriously. Stilt-Man should be in this new Spider-Man game and feature in his own star-studded side mission, terrorising the skyline of Hell's Kitchen with Spidey and Daredevil in pursuit.

The Man Without Fear has already been teased in promotional material for the upcoming title, and though Insomniac have moved to quell rumours that other Marvel heroes will make an appearance, Matt Murdock is synonymous with Peter Parker's alter-ego. The pair have collaborated on countless occasions in the comics, and though it's arguable that the Devil of Hell's Kitchen would've made a move against Wilson Fisk at the start of the game alongside the web-slinger, it's not inexplicable as to why he didn't get involved.

In any case, Stilt-Man - despite the supposedly goofy gimmick - could make for a fantastic side-mission. Have Spidey swinging through New York trying to chase him down as he makes his getaway on sixty-foot-tall stilts would make for a set-piece as hilarious as it would engaging, and prove that any villain is fair game in Insomniac's interpretation of the mythos.
