1. Kill Someone

Yup, it is possible.

Although Spidey "doesn't kill" and the game goes out of its way to make sure even those you boot off buildings get auto-webbed to walls, there is a way to off someone regardless.

Done by using the swing kick (hold square) to boot an enemy far enough away from a building so the game's auto-web-save can't activate, as you can see, it's possible to make thugs face-plant the likes of lampposts and cars instead.

As a bonus, swap the time of day to night and equip the Spirit Spider costume. Then you can really embody the 'merchant of death' look.
