Onetime Spidey villain turned longtime Daredevil bad guy, Wilson Fisk is integral to the fabric of Marvel Comics' New York.
Fisk's fundamentality will be discussed in the new Spider-Man title, as Peter, having finally locked up Fisk for good (supposedly), will have to deal with a myriad of threats in the wake of his imprisonment. This will see the pair become reluctant allies (a theme alluded to in the E3 demo), which is in itself a pretty wild concept to broach, but this is so much more than a simple hero/villain team-up.
Insomniac are asking some big questions regarding the building blocks of Spider-Man's comic book DNA, and it all seems to be starting with Fisk himself. While Mister Negative still seems to be the main villain in question, expect Kingpin to get a starring role throughout the game, as both a onetime ally and, more frighteningly, a supervillain too.
