Mac Gargan's Scorpion has an incredible introduction to the game's story, alongside three other members of the Sinister Six when Spidey enters the Raft.

With the rest of the escapees, Scorpion helps to beat Spider-Man to within an inch of his life, and then heads into the city to wreak havoc free from the web-slinger's heroics.

During his boss fight, however, he doesn't have as much to offer in terms of mechanics, and seems to be a bit part player in the battle involving him and Rhino. He seems to just stand by and support the rampaging behemoth, offering no real challenge himself.

Despite this, he is an interesting and well developed villain in the game, with an threatening and enjoyable role in the game's final act.
