Spider-Man PS4: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

Adrian Toomes' design is awesome, and his entrance into the story is superb, but he doesn't add much to his duo-boss battle with Spider-Man, or have very much depth to his character.

With all four members of the Sinister Six that are released from the Raft, the game tries to make sense of their motives, and Toomes stands out because his motivation seems far more human and sympathetic.

He is suffering from severe spinal cancer as a result of wearing his original Vulture suit too often, and he is promised a solution if he helps Doc Ock.

Unfortunately, Vulture is very limited in terms of any real development, and is only in the game for a few memorable moments.
