19. Dr. Morgan Michaels
Dr. Michaels has an incredibly important part to play in the game’s main story, and is a pivotal player in the creation of Devil’s Breath.
Dr. Michaels was the project leader who helped create the Devil’s Breath serum at Oscorp, and is a sought after man when Mister Negative, and later Doctor Octopus, turn their attention towards the vial he carries on his person.
Michaels is also the reason Spider-Man is even alive to defeat Doc Ock, as he saves his life at the F.E.A.S.T. shelter, and later creates enough antiserum to save the lives of the entirety of New York, at great personal cost to Peter Parker.
