Star Wars Battlefront 3: 10 Ways To Make The Perfect Sequel
4. Coruscant And Other Fan-Favourite Locations
While Star Wars Battlefront 2 came with a great selection of maps high on detail and verticality, overall, the selection still pales in comparison to the first two Battlefront games from Pandemic.
Changes to certain game modes meant that DICE couldn't successfully port maps over from the 2015 Battlefront, leaving out locales like Bespin and Sullust from the sequel. Both would've been great additions to the title, while older planets from the original Battlefront titles would've been great to see reimagined on current-gen systems.
Aside from including Battlefront 2's maps and altering older ones so they can fit in the potential third game, it's about time players saw Coruscant in a large multiplayer setting. Ever since the second season of the 2D Clone Wars series - which depicted the Separatist invasion of Coruscant and the kidnapping of Chancellor Palpatine - fans have been begging developers to let them recreate Captain Fordo's last stand, taking on wave after wave of battle droids as General Grievous' forces lay waste to the Republic capital.
It would be an epic confrontation, and if DICE were to tie Battlefront 3's story into Revenge of the Sith, it'd be a must-have inclusion. (Bonus points if you restore Fordo to the current canon.)
