Star Wars Battlefront: 5 Things You Need To Know About The New Single Player Mode

1. At Least It's Free

If this all sounds like a bit of nothing, as if they've spent almost a year provide a husk of the main game for non-online players to pick it, that's pretty much because that's what this seems to be. It's a real shame, especially as this was the opportunity to correct the mistakes and give us the first unashamedly great Star Wars game since... well... the last Battlefront.

Still, despite all that, at least it's free; Skirmish is an automatic update for anyone with the console, so it's something new from EA you can try out without having to re-mortgage the house. And, hey, you may get another hour of gameplay out of your £50.

Yeah, not much, but with this game take what you can get.

What do you think of Battlefront's new gameplay modes? Amazing update or desperate cash-in? Share your thoughts down in the comments.
