Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 - 10 Major Characters Who Could Appear

1. Starkiller

Okay, so, this is the absolute wildest shot I'm going to take here, but bear with - it could totally happen.

Those who've played The Force Unleashed will have likely uttered a collective "waahhh?" getting to this last entry, but there is a logic to it. Starkiller is a beloved character from the days of LucasArts and, while his story is no longer canon, there have been efforts to bring him to the new continuity. Dave Filoni considered making him an Inquisitor on Star Wars Rebels, but the idea eventually fizzled out and the character's return has been put on ice ever since.

This is where Fallen Order can come in. Even though Sam Witwer has dovetailed from one Star Wars role in Galen Marek to another in Maul, there's no reason to say he couldn't perform both roles. He'd be great to include as an Inquisitor, and if you still aren't sold on the idea, then take a look at the above concept art by Daniel de Almeida. He combines the character's Sith assassin costume with the standard uniform of the Inquisitors to impart something altogether unique and interesting, and articulates why Marek should be re-canonised better than I ever could.

Although, one other note - he shouldn't be anywhere near as powerful as he was in the original Force Unleashed. Tone down the force abilities but retain parts of the backstory, and you have a great character and an amazing callback all in one.

Content Producer/Presenter

WhatCulture's very own resident movie guy, Ewan has been working in the content creation biz for over 10 years now, having started as a freelance contributor to WhatCulture Gaming all the way back in 2015. After graduating with a First-Class Honours in History from Northumbria University in 2017 (where he won a prize for a totally killer dissertation on the Watergate years), Ewan took on the role of Comics Editor at WhatCulture and quickly developed WhatCulture Comics into one of the biggest superhero-focused channels on YouTube. He followed this with a brief hiatus at Screen Rant in 2021, where he worked across the Gaming and Film sections as a writer and editor, before returning to WhatCulture as a Senior Content Producer / Presenter in 2023. He started his own podcast, We Love Dad Movies, in 2022, and has contributed several written pieces to the Eisner-nominated comics website Shelfdust as well. In his current role, Ewan incorporates his love of cinema, comic books, and history into written pieces and video essays for WhatCulture's Film & TV channel, as well as WhatCulture Gaming and WhatCulture Horror, with a particular focus on nineties-era Dad Movies, old school Westerns, and Golden Age Hollywood Noir. John Carpenter is his fave, and he thinks Batman Beyond should never have been cancelled. If that's your vibe, you'll probably like his stuff.
